We are Sonja and Stephan – with a soft spot for special getaways. Cozy Apartments by SK stands for retreats lovingly furnished by us for your special time out. Born in the seventies, we are professional problem solvers – and we bring exactly that attitude to hosting you.
With us you don't book an apartment – you get hosts. We usually answer within the hour, set out coffee for your first morning and share the excursion tips you won't find in any guidebook. In short: we take care of everything, so you feel at home from the first moment – with a holiday feeling on top. Stay cozy – we look forward to meeting you.

How do I book directly? +
Pick your dates on the apartment page and book directly – through our own booking system, no platform fees. You can mention discount codes when booking. Any questions? Email, phone or WhatsApp – we usually answer within the hour.
What does direct booking cost compared to Airbnb? +
With us you pay the price you see. Platforms like Airbnb typically add 10–15% in service fees on top of the nightly rate – that disappears completely when you book direct. On top of that, you talk to your hosts instead of a platform.
When are check-in and check-out? +
Check-in 3–10 pm, check-out by 10 am. All three apartments have self check-in (key box or electronic lock) – a late arrival is no problem.
Are dogs allowed? +
In the Bayerwald apartment, yes: a maximum of 2 dogs, up to medium size, €3 per dog per night. Dog bed, bowls and towels on request. Bergzeit and Citylight are dog-free.
